Lettasafe manufacture letterboxes with 100% front and rear castings. The letter plate and rear access door of the mailbox are also cast from solid aluminium. The postbox centre sleeve is made from anti corrosive zintec coated steel. The major advantage of cast aluminium mailboxes over cast iron post boxes is that the cast aluminium letter box will never rust. We give our postbox castings a 7 stage pre-treatment process before finally powder coating them in a low bake enamel.
