Both functional and elegant, this letterbox has a high quality Welsh slate front which is carved with your house number or name and finished with a choice of white or silver enamel or 23¾ carat gold leaf. The mail is delivered through the front letter plate and retrieved from the lockable rear access door. The letter plate is available in a choice of white or grey finishes.

When built into a cavity wall or pier, the mail is securely stored within the cavity area allowing the back casting to fit flush against the brickwork or rendering.
Lead time for the LS12 is up to 15 working days. The collection box can be sent earlier (up to 4 working days) by selecting the delivery option.

Components:
The front and rear castings including the door and flap are cast from pure aluminium in English foundries, whilst the main body is made from sturdy electro zinc coated steel. To ensure it's long lasting appeal, these components are thoroughly cleaned and primed before being phosphate treated and coated in a durable top quality low bake enamel in a choice of colours. All additional components (excluding lock) used are made from solid brass or stainless steel and assembled in England.
The slate is genuine solid Welsh slate and guaranteed to be free from cracking or de-laminating for a minimum of 25 years.

LS12 Installation and Assembly Instructions
The LS12 Thames through the wall mailbox is designed to be installed into brick walls or brick piers from 215mm thick up to a depth of 900mm. The letterbox can be fitted into an existing brick wall or installed as the wall is being built. Shown to the right is an sectional view showing the Thames postbox fitted into a 1½ brick wall.
